day eight: a place i have traveled to
my family is not very
good about
taking
vacations, if we do they are usually
they are surrounded by diving meets or
sporting events that
us kids are par-taking in
buttttt
two summers ago
we got to experience
BOSTON
kelly was playing in the national championship for youth soccer
so the shaffer family packed it up and headed to boston
it was crunk
as you can see we went to fenway
toured the park
took the boat tours
it was a great trip
ill definitely be going back

day seven: favorite movies
i am cliche
i love typical, easy to follow, love stories

is my all time favor
in fact i might just watch it tonight!

ok i am truly obsessed with this movie
my friends and i went to memphis,
and we HAD to go by the Touhy's house
i wanted to ring the door bell and meet the Touhys
but this was the
closest they would let me get
we went to the school too
i felt like i was famous
and the famous slogan
[its real-i thought hollywood had made it up]

day five: siblings
im late
ahh im sorry
i have two siblings
kelly and jj
here we are in boston
this is a typical picture of us
now to give you a little more info on them
kelly
shes hilarious
we are 16 months apart
she loves to make you laugh
she plays soccer
she is my best friend
my roommate
we have not always been the best of friends
when we were little we would get in the biggest fights
there were stitches, broken bones, and lots of hair that was pulled
my mom thought she would never see the day
when we would be civil around each other
shes great
now jj
he just turned 16
so he thinks he rules the world
he is living for the Lord
it makes me proud to see Bible verses all over his room
he sets an alarm to have a quite time
so grateful to have a brother like him
now
he can be a brat
he is living like an only child now that kelly and i are gone
but
he plays baseball and he's good
he is a diver
hes crazy
but i love him
these are my amazing siblings!

my parents

they are great
the best parents in the world
my mom, jenny
is one of my best friends
she is a dental hygentist
she goes above and beyond each and everyday
i hope to be a mom just like her
my dad, jeff
he is a stud
olympic coach, ncaa coach of the year, sec coach of the year
blah blah blah
most importantly the most amazing humble, loving, kind
person i have ever met
i hope one day my husband acts just like my dad

and raising me
to be the person
